DUAL Asset are delighted to welcome Edward Birrell to the underwriting team in London.

Edward started his career in underwriting in 2017 and has worked on a wide range of Commercial Risks in England and Wales, specialising in restrictive covenants, mines and minerals and lack of easement policies. Edward holds a Business Management degree from Newcastle University and this has helped him to develop strong financial and analytical abilities, as well as key commercial awareness skills. After graduating, Edward spent four months in Canada as a ski instructor, however returned to London to begin a career in insurance. Outside of work, he has a passion for rugby, skiing and golf.
