The way we handle and settle claims is a vital part of DUAL Asset’s business. We strive to provide an efficient, fair and practical approach to dealing with claims. To date, we have paid over £13m in claim settlements.


Our dedicated and experienced claims team handles claims across our entire book of business. The team will generally work alongside the Insured’s advisor or intermediary to provide continuity in what, in many cases, can be a stressful and worrying time.
