The Claims team led by Andrew Hillier and Naomi Kent strive to provide a fast and practical approach to claims management and generally work alongside the insured’s solicitor to provide continuity in the claim. Naomi has 13 years’ experience in the legal indemnities market and has underwritten a broad range of both residential and commercial risks, as well as missing beneficiary, rights to light, and other bespoke risks.

Naomi also has extensive claims handling experience, having been involved in a number of cases which have gone to mediation, trial and the Financial Ombudsman.

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the property industry who has applied his property and business experience to a wide variety of entrepreneurial companies.

His first professional property consultancy in the golf course market has been followed by several ventures in property development, consultancy, IT and renewable energy.

In 2013 he co-founded DUAL Asset Underwriting which has rapidly become the leading global insurer for legal indemnities. His property expertise and connections bring a unique combination to this exciting insurance business. As well as being passionate about property and creating deals, Andrew enjoys golf and supporting Watford FC.

Natalie Leversedge is an experienced Operations Manager, having been involved in the start-up of two companies since 2008.

Natalie was one of the founding members of DUAL Asset and has played a vital role in building the business up since its start in 2013. Natalie was responsible for putting in place the systems and processes which have allowed the company to grow at a rapid rate. In 2016 Natalie joined both the management team and the Board of the company. Since then she has continued to play an important part in the growth of the business and in particular in developing the claims/IS processes and helping to drive the growth of the international business.
